How to make giant chocolate chip cookie
Like I said, making this giant chocolate chip cookie is easy. You don't even need a mixer to make this!
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet or round pizza pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
First thing's first, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. You want to mix these until they look thoroughly combined.
To the butter and sugar mixture, add the egg and the vanilla and mix. Now, add in the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine, then add in the fun stuff... chocolate chips and sprinkles! Now mix mix mix.
Transfer the cookie dough from your mixing bowl onto your parchment-lined baking sheet. Using your hands, shape the mound of dough into a circle about 9 inches wide and 1 inch thick.
Flatten the top of the giant cookie and add more chocolate chips and sprinkles to the top if desired. Bake the cookie for 16-18 minutes, until it's golden-brown. Let the giant cookie cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer the cookie on the parchment paper to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cookie has cooled off, slice it up and enjoy!
